Accounts and cloud storage

Browsing is open to everyone. Signing in through ChatGPT lets CourtCall associate your email and profile with your saved courts and demo reservations. These records are stored in our hosted cloud database and follow your account across devices. CourtCall does not receive your ChatGPT password.

Demo reservations and reservations

CourtCall reservations are simulated bookings at real facilities. They are saved to your cloud account with a countdown, but do not hold a real court, reflect live availability, or charge you. We do not collect payment information.

Analytics and feedback

We automatically count page requests by day and page without analytics cookies, visitor IDs, IP addresses, account identities or query strings in those totals. These counts include repeat loads and are not unique visitor counts. Optional usage analytics record page visits, court views and selected actions with a random browser ID. They do not include search text, email or precise device location. Optional analytics use browser local storage (a random ID, not an analytics cookie). You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences; declining removes that ID and stops optional events. Basic cookie-free totals continue. Sign-in may use necessary authentication cookies. Your feedback is stored privately for the CourtCall project team. Operational records such as demo reservations are necessary to provide your account features.

Email updates

Joining our interest list is optional and separate from creating an account. We store the name and email you submit, your permission to receive updates, and the campaign that brought you here. We do not sell your email.

Maps and facility photographs

OpenStreetMap provides map tiles. Facility details and images are credited to their sources in each listing. Opening a facility booking link takes you to that operator’s site and privacy practices. Playing-surface outlines come from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Where outlines are unavailable, we show a facility location. Map area labels are not official court numbers.

Manage your information

Cancel demo reservations and remove saved courts in My reservations, or change your profile in your account. Use the Feedback button with the category Website issue for an account or data question. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
